1. Commercial Quotations & Orders

All commercial quotations issued by Om Turnomat are subject to confirmation based on raw material market rates (Brass, Stainless Steel, Mild Steel) and batch volume specified at the time of final purchase order placement.

2. Manufacturing Tolerances & Standards

Standard fasteners are supplied in conformity with recognized metric standards (DIN 912, DIN 933, DIN 934, DIN 7991, DIN 580, or IS standards). For custom components made to customer blueprints, tolerances are held strictly to mutually agreed drawing limits (standard ±0.05 mm or as specified in approved engineering prints).

3. Quality Inspection & Samples

First-piece samples can be provided for customer dimensional approval prior to initiating full-scale serial production. Buyers are requested to verify samples against their assembly requirements.

4. Dispatch & Delivery

Delivery schedules are quoted ex-works Satpur MIDC Nashik, Maharashtra, or inclusive of freight as mutually agreed in the commercial purchase order. Standard packaging includes corrosion-protective wrapping and durable carton packaging.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All commercial transactions and agreements are governed by the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nashik, Maharashtra.
